Mrs M. Chimwendo

MA (Econ.), Bsc.(Economics & Computer Science)

Memory Chimwendo is a Master Trainer and Executive Coach.

Memory is known as a highly interactive and engaging trainer. She has conducted courses around the globe for multi-national companies and coached their managers and executives to higher performance; this experience allows her to relate to all managers whether from different corporate or ethnic cultures.

Some of the courses she has facilitated in are: Strategic Management, Human Resources Management, Management Information Systems (MIS), Project Management, Monitoring and Evaluation (M & E), IT, Research Methods, Macro Economic Policy Analysis, Microsoft Office User Specialist (MOUS), Governance, Ethics and Anti-Corruption Reforms, Microfinance and Credit Management among others.

Memory ardently believes that we learn best when we are challenged to solve problems that are immediately relevant to our daily lives and that fun and humour are essential to a good Training Session.

She is also a part-time tutor for Master of Business Administration (MBA) program for Management College of Southern Africa (MANCOSA) in Business Statistics, Management Information Systems (MIS) and Quantitative Methods.

Dan is a qualified Auditor and Practicing Accountant with Certificate of Practice. He has vast experience in training and consultancy in the Finance and management field.

Over the years, he has trained personnel from both the public and private sector in the following areas: Audit for Internal Auditors, Managing the Internal Audit Function, Financial Management of Donor-funded projects, Accounting for Decision Makers, Advanced Spreadsheet Skills for Finance, Corporate Finance, Risk Management/Corporate Risk and Security Management, Finance for Non-Finance Managers, Computerised Financial Management, Microfinance and Credit Management, Financial Information Systems, Public Financial Management (PFM) Performance, Strategic planning and many more.

Thabani Sibanda

(Masters in Business Administration); (Bachelor of Commerce: Accounting) – Senior Consultant

Thabani is a specialist in the area of Financial Management having worked for a long time in the Ministry of Finance in Zimbabwe being responsible for coming up with budget estimates in preparation for the Zimbabwe National Budget.

Jacob Kawonga is a Development Practitioner with Specialist Expertise in Monitoring and Evaluation. He has vast experience & expertise in:

  • Management of development programmes and Monitoring & Evaluation.
  • conducting impact evaluations, baseline surveys,
  • development and implementation of monitoring and evaluation systems,
  • conducting data quality reviews, and M&E capacity building.
  • Jacob has excellent computer skills including use of computer statistical packages like SPSS and Minitab.
  • Jacob has worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers as Monitoring and Evaluation Expert for Global Fund supported programs in Malawi.
  • Also worked for World Vision Malawi first as a Projects Manager for Integrated Development Projects which included, Education, Agriculture, Micro Enterprises Development Projects, Gender and Development, and Health and HIV and AIDS, before becoming a Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist for 11 Integrated Rural Development Projects for World Vision Malawi.
  • He conducted M&E assessments for recipients of Global Fund resources and conducted data quality reviews for Global Fund programs in Malawi.
  • He co-evaluated a Sustainability Study for a UNICEF funded, Government of Malawi Water and Sanitation Program.
  • Jacob has also worked as an Independent Consultant on part time basis on the European Union/Government of Malawi funded Micro projects programme, conducting Feasibility Studies and Project designs for Community Production in the Southern and Central Regions of Malawi.

  • Has worked at the Federal Mortagage Bank, Nigeria as a Manager for the Computer Centre, managing a staff of seventy two which consisted of programmers, data entry staff and Optical Mark Reading Staff.
